Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our systems. This process cannot be reversed. Please make sure you want to proceed.

How Account Deletion Works

  1. Submit Request: Fill out the form below with your account credentials and reason for deletion (optional).
  2. Email Confirmation: We'll send a confirmation email to your registered email address within 24 hours.
  3. Verification Period: You have 7 days to cancel the deletion request by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
  4. Permanent Deletion: After 7 days, your account and data will be permanently deleted from our servers (30 days for complete removal).

What Gets Deleted

Why Some Data Is Retained

  • Billing records: Required by law for tax and accounting purposes
  • Audit logs: Required for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance

All retained data is anonymized and cannot be linked back to your account.

What Happens Next?

  3. Account Deactivation: After 7 days, your account will be deactivated and you won't be able to log in.
  4. Data Deletion: All your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of deactivation.
